SKUM is an inflatable, luminous pavilion by Bjarke Ingels Group that turns CHART’s square into a playful field of soft shapes and colour.An ephemeral sculpture-architecture that acts as a social beacon, inviting people to walk beneath it and inhabit the city’s “foam.”
